The staff was friendly and the color result looked great. I'm happy with how my hair turned out.
That said, two things caught me off guard. My appointment started about 35 minutes late. Also, an additional €40 charge for hair length was only mentioned at the end of the session. It would have been helpful to know this upfront when booking, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Cheyenne cut and colored my hair today and I’m really happy with the result. She listened carefully to what I wanted, thought along with me and gave very helpful advice about the colour. The balayage turned out beautifully, with a color that suits my skin tone perfectly. And on top of that it was also just a really nice, easy conversation throughout. Would definitely go back to her. Highly recommended!
